ROOM RENTAL

• Rooms are rented on a short-term basis according to the dates listed on the reservation.

• Only registered guests and approved companions may stay on the property.

• Rooms may not be transferred or subleased.

• Extensions are subject to availability and management approval.

COMPANIONS

• Companions are welcome with prior approval.

• Companion fee: $50 per day.

• Companions may enjoy the available property amenities during their stay.

• All companions must follow the house guidelines.

AMENITIES

• Housekeeping is provided to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

• Laundry access is available on designated days.

• Meal arrangements and transportation assistance may be available upon request.

• Additional amenities may be available depending on the reservation.

HEALTHCARE

TLC Nova provides short-term accommodations and hospitality amenities for guests visiting South Florida for cosmetic procedures.

TLC Nova is not a medical facility and does not provide medical treatment or medical supervision. Guests are responsible for arranging their healthcare, medical appointments, medications, and any services recommended by their healthcare provider.

HOUSE GUIDELINES

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

• Illegal substances are not permitted on the property.

• Guests and companions are expected to respect the cleanliness, privacy, and comfort of others.

• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable law and the terms of the reservation agreement.

• Reservation changes and cancellations are subject to the applicable reservation terms.
