For your safety and recovery, clients may only take medications prescribed by their surgeon or attending physician, with the exception of Tylenol (acetaminophen).

• Unauthorized medications are not permitted and may result in discharge from the recovery stay without refund.

​

• Post-op massages and daily shower assistance are scheduled with care and attention. If you are not feeling well, we will gladly reschedule your services for a later time.

​

• Daily housekeeping is included to help keep your recovery space clean and comfortable. Laundry services are provided on alternating days. Exceptions may apply.

​

• Our caring team includes experienced CNA staff with LPN oversight. Staff members are trained in lymphatic massage, CPR, and First Aid to better support your recovery journey.

​

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM so everyone can rest peacefully and heal comfortably. Please be mindful of your surgery sisters and brothers.

• Companions are welcome to enjoy house amenities, meals, and laundry access during their stay.
