• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved by management and may include a $100 service fee.

• Companion fee is $50 per day. Companions are permitted only in private rooms with en-suite bathrooms to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests.

• Our team is happy to provide meals, transportation, basic assistance, and recovery support throughout your stay.

​

• All TLC Nova deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

​

• To maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests, illegal substances are strictly prohibited on or around the property. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of services.
